I spent 522.98 GBP on this product, which was unable to recover the data (despite the software showing full file/folder listings in the trial mode). I even resorted to sending them a message via their Facebook page and again I was ignored. ![]() This was duly requested the day I purchased the software on 7th Feb 2023 but they have not responded once to my ticket, despite numerous requests/ticket updates via their support desk. ![]() ![]() I purchased their RAID Recovery software (6 disk license) on understanding I could request a 'Guided Recovery Service' as per their website (written under 'Download and start recovery' on their RAID recovery product page). ![]() No response from support and no data recovery! ![]()
